All Products are dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment, using first class post. Delivery is usually next day within the UK and within a week for the rest of the Europe Union. We currently offer free worldwide delivery on all our earphones.
We guarantee to beat any price you can find online for any product we sell, so if you find in cheaper we would like to know. This includes items which are sold under diffrent brand names. If you find someone selling our earphones but under a diffrent brand name then we will beat that price also.
We try to reduce our impact on the environment. Our production facilities meet both ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. We don't use unnecessary packaging, only enough to protect the earphones. We hate plastic wrapping so we don't use it. When we sell other brands we strip of all the packaging and recycle it. If you want to keep it on then please just ask when you purchase. If you wish to have nicely packaged but also hate the plastic that most companies use then you will be happy to know we can wrap in 100% recycled matterial from Tiny Box. We don't charge anything extra for this. You just have to ask. We currently use both recycled and non recycled envelopes until we use up our stock and then we will replace with true-green.
Should you wish to cancel you order you can do so within the first seven days. To exercise this right simply notify us by email within seven days. You must also return the product to us in good condition and complete within Ten days.We will refund the full cost paid to us but are not responsible for the return post. You are fully welcome to open try the product within this period as long as you take care of the item.
Very occasionally we upgrade customers to a more expensive product, in
these cases we also extend your right to cancellation by paying for return
postage, up to the value of 1st class registered post. Please provide
receipt with return.
If you have any problems within the first 14 days then we will replace
without question. Simply email us to arrange return. If within the 12
months you have a problem then we are willing to test the product. We
will replace faulty items with an identical replacement or one of equal
or greater value at our discretion. Faults do not include damage or breakage.
should items be found not to be faulty then items can be returned if customer
wishes and is willing to pay postal charges (up to £5) otherwise
we shall recycle.
Should you wish to make a return please contact us by email. We will then provide you with a return address and a returns number.

The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. The colours you see will vary on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. All items are subject to availability, but we don't advertise items we don't have stock of. If items are for any reason unavailable you will be intituled to a full refund.
You can change your order up to moment of dispatch, by email. Errors after this point dispatch should they arise should be reported within 7 days of receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure postal addres is correct at time of purchase.
